DUAL NAILING DN 250 with Simple Extractor
The DN 250 nailing machine is the main machine of the LOMPAS line. It contemporaneously nails the upper and lower pallet parts
and box components, considerably reducing the external dimensions. The main characteristics are:
- Our machine is perfect for extra-large pallets
- A production capacity of 250 pallet / hour
- Uses any type of loose nail via the TEST NAILS device with an acoustic device for signalling any missing nails
- The program can be converted into different languages
- The machine / operator interface is facilitated by the new touch screen conversationl system: managing every work phase becomes extremely easy and any anomalies are kept under control
- DN 250 fitted with the ROTATING TILTERS can nail the pallet with the inferior perimeter closed. Producers of this kind of pallet especially appreciate the feature of nailing on top and underneath at the same time, as it avoids turning the pallet over, keeping its structure integral.
- Thanks to the alternate system, permitting the machine to be set-up with just one jig and to move it forwards and backwards, pallets can be obtained for sampling or for small production runs or even for testing new types of pallet during the study or design phase.
- On request, the DN250 machine can have differentiated nail feed. The stopping precision and the special element transport system, permit nailing precision as never before (e.g. bottoms for cages with stringers 22 mm thick and 24 mm inter-space).
- This is an extremely versatile machine that can produce widely varying types of pallet (EPAL - 2 or 4 way pallets, with perimeters, box bottoms). By using the expedient of prepared jigs, (see PORTER and FORMAT solutions), certain product quality is obtained as well as guaranteeing extremely fast change-over.
- The simple extractor takes the nailed pallet from the Nailing machine to transport it to the successive station, or to place it on the ground for manual stacking.
